Never use Web Africa

I have tried calling a few times to stress the unsatisfied services received from the Installations guys and Now Web Africa Staff as well. I sent an email on Monday (19/07/2021) advising that I am unsatisfied and have been ignored til date. This is not the type of service I expected or agree with. Web Africa team never notified me they were coming and my domestic worker gave them access to my house, Very un neat work and need to be supervised at all times, it is clear that work was done in a rush. And they drilled wholes through my window frame instead of the wall. Cable is running from the furthers part of my property to the furthers part of my home in the air across my yard and above my swimming pool and my fire pit and under my palm tree leaves which will easily rip the cable out once they start shedding.
