Never under any circumstances use Webafrica as ISP

Worst Internet Service Provider I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We pay for 200/200 Mbps Fibre internet, with an Openserve fibre line, and have never experienced download speeds faster than 20 Mbps. This is absolute theft and should be liable to prosecution by the relevant authorities. We have spent hours with support staff on calls to reach no conclusions whatsoever and hear a range of excuses. I will cancel my service this month, and go out of my way to recommend AVOIDING this ISP for the rest of their lifetime (As I am certain they will reach bankruptcy soon or be sued into oblivion).
