Never take WebAfrican

Honestly the worse expensive i have ever had with a internet provider, i have been trying for a month to get fibre...they came dug up and put in the lines.after i paid they only checked if there was fibre in my area...then they realized there wasn't. Now i paid for cables that do nothing...when i phone to ask about a refund or a fix they can't answer me at all no one knows what's going on i keep getting passed on to new people that also know nothing...i have work and studdies to attend and online meetings and i never thought it would take longer then 4 weeks to get it done
