I am paying for a 250mbs/250mbs line but only get 5mbs. The only way to get hold of anyone or anyting to help is through their whattsapp live chat. There you get hold of chat bots that give you the runaround. They inundate you with Texhnical instructions to test and waste your time. You cannot get hold of a real person.

Do jot even try to cancelbthe service, they put you through to different chat bots and give you runaround for 2 hours then logoff...well ***f to you too
