Never Sign Up with Webafrica (***** AND MISREPRESENTATION)

We have been struggling with WebAfrica since the 1st of November to have our service in Lonehill activated.

Worst of all is you have to communicate via this ridiculous WhatsApp communication where you get circulated between consultants so you get irritated and just leave the chat. There is no one to talk to and they deduct *****ulent transactions on your account. Then they request your bank statement for proof and still dispute it!!!!

These are the agents that just passed us on from one to the other to just start all over again. No problem resolution, no service and no one that you can actually communicate with!!!
