Wish I could rate them a minus 5. They deserve nothing less. The only phone channel is for sales, the rest via a half-baked Whatsapp channel that is difficult, if not impossible, to work. Guess the business model is designed to milk clients without offering decent service. If so, they win the prize. In my case, I checked, in due time, when I should cancel my service, was given an answer that was later reneged and I was then berated for being an irresponsible client as I did not read the contract. The arrogance is staggering. After asking to speak to someone I was told that it was impossible. NEVER NEVER USE WEBAFRICA! Find a small provider who actually wants your service.
