Never in my life had to deal with such *********** lying unprofessional company

Terrible is not even the correct word to describe this company and staff that does help each person has a different story it took more than a week just to get my address right they take all the money off your account 3 weeks later still no answers still no wifi... They even canceled my line without me knowing the one man puts me trouble to another lady in another department she can confirm payments but can't help she has to put me through to another department just to get back to the man that I have to send proof of payment again that put me trough to her? My sister logged in to my account to try and se how why when while she is talking to someone the same time I'm talking to someone they give her a different reason story or whatever than what they are giving me at exactly the same time... No refund no service on our way to week 4..
