Never ever use WebAfrica

Webafrica had a systems error that caused a 5 year old account of mine to be reacivated. This was entirely their doing and I am so desperate for help from Webafrica. I have a debilitating issue on my account since September and Webafrica's helpdesk is absolutely *********** and unable to resolve the issue. I cannot believe how horrible thge service is, and it's been impossible to get hold of a manager to escalate. I have requested manager call-backs 5 times now, and I have not had a single callback. to make it even worse, there is no way for Webafrica clients to escalated or rate service. Whoever reads this. Do not ever use WebAfrica.
