Never ever use web africa
Firstly , I have been in the service and retail industry all my work life and I’m a business owner , and I never ever came across service that is as poor as Web Africa, Not even one sales person, manager or support department was willing to help me , I have ordered uncapped fibre to be installed at my house On the 9 of October, it now the 10 of November and I still don't have internet, but wait they sent me a bill.... how amazing....! I personally will never ever recommend Web Africa, to any one weather it's for internet services or a website or even hosting... People we deserve better. To business owners like myself I personally tell you don’t use web Africa, stick to Telkom They maybe ****ty , but they always deliver
