Never ever use this ISP

My installation had been done on Wednesday 8 September 2021. I had no internet service after installation and used your WhatsApp service to enquire. I was told that it takes 48 hours after installation for the internet service to be activated. I still have no internet connection. The technician was back at my house on Monday 13 September as I was told my line was faulty after using your WhatsApp service again. He said I should wait 3 hours then my connection will be active, but still I don't have an internet connection. When I log onto my profile my order still shows pending. I have been transferred to different agents too many times to count, having to explain my situation every time. None of them have been able to assist me and I'm still waiting...
