Never buy LTE router & Expect terrible service

I ordered "Fixed LTE: MTN Uncapped Ultimate"

I paid +-R1,700 for a router, +-R460 per month for the wifi.

The internet speed was dreadfully slow. I only got 13 Mbps.

I then asked for a refund. I was transferred on the whatsapp chat to different support agents FIVE TIMES. You can't reach webafrica in any other way.

They said they can't improve my speed, they can't give me a refund.

I tried to cancel but got no response from the chatbot "Sorry, that is not a valid option. please enter the number from the above list for the service that relates to this enquiry."

No they've billed me again.
