NEVER AGAIN!

On the 21st of February I requested a move on my line as I relocated from 758 A Pagel street to 758 B Pagel street.

On 25 February I followed up on my request only to find out that it was never logged. So then the request was logged on 25 February.

Today on 03 March I followed up again to find out how far the process is, only to find out that my request has been cancelled. I did not request for a cancellation and was also not notified about the cancellation.

I am extremely unhappy with their service as they do not have a working telephone number and are forced to talk with them through whatsapp, and the problem NEVER gets resolved
