network outage in Naledi Soweto

I have been out of the network since yesterday and no one informed me that there's a fault with the Vumatel network I had to buy DATA to chat with one of your Agents SiphosethuN who refused to give me her surname Team Leader,Supervisor or Managers Email address. She said Vumatel has network issues and technicians are working on it without TAT being reconnected It's quite frustrating that one has to pay for a service that is not assisting the reason why I joined this because I thought it was convenient for me since I have kids who use the internet most of the time now we can't connect because of this stupid connection issue why were we not informed of this outage such CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RENDER THIS IS VERY POOR AND IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE ISSUES WITH VUMATEL YOUR AGENTS ARE USELESS AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEY MUST BE FIRED AND GET NEW ONES
