Network down with no assistance

My WiFi has been down since Saturday and webafrica is not helping at all, I have been trying to get the issue resolved since Sunday with no luck, their what’s app constant are useless, I tried to get the issue resolved when I was at the Office this morning and I was told that it can’t be resolved when I am not at home, I came at 5 and I contacted them and they are not responding to me. This network has been down since Saturday. I have to buy data. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours now.
