Network constantly dropping.

Our network has been on and off since last Tuesday. Apparently, Vumatel was to blame but we live in a complex, the entire complex is on Vumatel and no one else is having the issue that we are. The network literally drops every few seconds. Webafrica only has a WhatsApp chat option. I have chatted with 4 people and have now reset my router 4 times. The same thing keeps happening, it works for a few minutes then starts dropping again. Everyone in this house uses the wifi, my kids do online school, my husband works from home and I am studying so we need the wifi. The service is ridiculous. I mentioned to one of the agents that maybe the router is faulty and I was told straight out that it's not but when I connect to the fibre box using a LAN cable to the laptop the network connects and doesn't drop. This does not make sense. I NEED THIS FIXED, I have been on this ridiculous whatsapp chat waiting for an agent since 8:53, and it is now 9:30. By the time I spoke to the second agent this matter should have been escalated but I keep having to follow the same troubleshooting steps and IT'S NOT WORKING.
