network connection down for 14 days

I would like to report the poor service which I have received from webafrica together with vumatel. my internet has been down for the past 14 days and everyday I reported to them. they keep on telling me that they have sent a technician to come and fix the problem and they technician was never at my house. if they cannot render the service that we pay for the might as well close shop.
