NEGATIVE ZERO RATING FOR WEBAFRICA SERVICES!!!

Aug-24, my internet debit of R399 was deducted. My connection was disabled because WebAfrica wasn't able to allocate the payment. All POPs was sent and shared to Finance. A manual additional payment of R399 was made again so I could activate my line in Aug-24. Sep-24, my internet debit of R399 was deducted. My connection was disabled AGAIN. Another additional payment of R250 was made to reactivate my connection. All POPs was sent. STILL NO REFUND OR FEEDBACK FROM FINANCE WEBAFRICA.

I am now wondering if they would like to rob me again in October.
