Need to take to court and settle

I registered for ISP service with Webafrica package was R 359.My account was activated on the 3 August but my internet was not active. I had countless problems where agents on Watsapp could not assist there was an agent even offered me a free Month but still my internet was not available .Currently I use Rain 5 G with no problems I wanted to move over to Fibre but seems like WEBAFRICA cannot provide the service,I waited for the full month for connection but still internet lite on the router was showing red at this time I could not cancel my current provider Rain. WEBAFRICA billed me R 359 for no internet service or data used,then when I cancel this service they say they want claw back connection fee of R 1000 IMAGINE I was not connected and they still want money from me till to date I have not received a call from any agent or manager. Metro Fibre came out 4 times and said its not them but Web africa as their service is not working
