Need my refund

Horrible customer service, the phone number does not go through, and I am being referred to WhatsApp but no one is attending to my messages. They did not hesitate to debit R1700 from my account and promised to deliver the LTE within 3-5 days. Since the 31st of May, I have been waiting with no Wi-Fi and working from home. Very frustrated
