Need Fibre? STAY AWAY FROM WEB AFRICA.

Pathethic service after many years sadly. Will never be back. More than 4 hours of support to get absolutely nowhere. Then at the end I'm also told that I need to drop off the Router that YOU want back??? I should be billing you guys for the hours you're wasting me. All this and I still wont have Fibre at my new place. Glad my new line will not be with Web Africa!!!! By the way, I'm still on another call with support, WAITING. WAITING for 1 hour 32 Minutes. Thats right 1.5 HOURS!!!!!! Of which I've actually only spoken to someone for maybe 3 minutes. O, and the Whatsapp service WebAfrica promotes is even more ****py and provides a POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. If you're into Poor service, these guys are your best bet.
