Nathabiseng from Support Team not supportive

Nthabiseng from Support department, provided a bad service to me she was unable to have a solution for my bad connection she is impatient and does not have empathy for customers, I asked her questions I came up with answers to and except for one question I had to look up on Google. Please give her leave so she can relax her mind and remember how she said she is good with customers before she got the position.
