nacceptable Service Breakdown and Complete Lack of Support

My recent experience has been nothing short of infuriating. I have been a customer for over three years, and this is the worst service I have ever received.

Since 26 December 2026, your WhatsApp support agents have been utterly useless. No assistance, no accountability, and no resolution. I attempted to increase my internet speed via your website, but the request failed without explanation. When the new month started, we then struggled to make payment — an issue entirely on your side — and now we are left without internet access.

As a result, we cannot watch TV, and more importantly, work has been disrupted, which is completely unacceptable. Reliable internet is not a luxury — it is essential. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and basic customer care displayed is shocking.

I am deeply disappointed and expect immediate restoration of service, a proper explanation, and compensation for the downtime. If this is not resolved urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further and reconsider my continued use of your service.
