My wifi was disconnected 2months ago you pay in advance I made fill payment last night

My wifi was disconnected 2months ago you pay in advance I made fill payment last night. However my wifi is still off I spoke to various people at their call centre that said they attending to the problem. Today is 6 December 2021 I made payment for the full month of December which I don't mind losing the 5 days that i didn't pay but it's now I have to beg them to restore my service hence they got my money already. I'm really not happy with them very bad customer service I won't advice any of my friends and family to make use of their services.
