My WebAfrica Nightmare

My experience with WebAfrica Internet Service has been incredibly frustrating. Not only did they take an unreasonably long time to install the service after I placed an order, leaving me without internet for an extended period, but their customer service was equally disappointing. Attempts to seek assistance were met with unhelpful and unprofessional responses, amplifying the overall dissatisfaction with the service. A combination of excruciating delays and bad customer service has turned my experience with WebAfrica into a regrettable ordeal.
