My uncapped fibre has been down almost 6 days and nobody has reached out to help after I reported this, what am I paying for if my fibre won't work

My WebAfrica uncapped fibre has been down since last week Friday on the 2nd of December 2022 and todays day is 06 December 2022 nobody has bothered to assist me. I'd like to report them as I need to know what is the point of paying a service that's poor and not working properly because I need to utilize my internet I'm really frustrated as they said said last week there was an outage but its still down
