my refund ********

this company is a ripping people off , the called me and sold me their product and i paid their R399 for services and when they came to install , they said they couldn't cause am renting where am at , and they will refund me my R399 its been 4 month's now since am waiting for my refund , and last week one of their agents told me that my refund was paid in august but i havent received anything and when you i go to their live chat they no longer respond , this company is full of ****ing ******* a mere R399 would make such a company runaway with it you guys are ****en ******* it was nice when you sold your product now that your services failed pay me back my money sies looses you busy advertising on false customer services wherelse you cant pay me back my refund
