My installation has been pending, sent from one person to the next with no help

They don't even deserve the one star i gave them. I have been sent from pillar to post. I placed and order and have been promised to come and install, apparently the person who placed my order used the incorrect address. they did not even bother to call me and installed in the wrong house. Now i must pay again cause my order was placed in the wrong house. I want my money back, and they must fire their entire team, they keep sending you from one consultant to the other with no help. useless and *********** staff..... im so frustrated by all this...
