My Fibre has been down...if I call the contact center they keep dropping. You can even tell others are working from home cause of the background noises and unprofessionalism. My Fibre has been down 5 days and I have made a full payment for this month. Whatsapp chat is not helping me at all. I can never recommend this company ever even their contact center staff members are rude.
