My account has been debited for R1999.00 with no explanation. Who will do something like that. I tried calling in and it takes an half an hour just to get through to someone and when you do eventually they transfer you wich takes another half an hour. How

How can you deduct that huge amount form my account with out consulting me 1st as if i get paid a lot of money. I have other responsibilities and now i need to borrow money to pay my dept because Webafrica felt they could just take my money and get away with it. please put my money back in my account because im about too loose my place
