MWEB/WEBAFRICA the most useless

Thank you MWEB for showing me that you are the most useless when coming to customer service. I’m sure Sean and Webafrica are proud of your sales people that promise the world but as soon as a payment was made, they basically give you the middle finger. It was really funny that when I eventually got through to an agent said that I can call back if I have enough airtime available. I suppose he knows that one has to stay on the line for at least 20 to 30 minutes to get an answer. Other than that, thank you for not providing me with the service as your salesman promised and please let me know if I can cancel the request so that I can move to a more reputable isp.
