Thus used to be a good firm Last week they sent out multiple pin numbers so it seems their system was hacked

This week trying to ring *** has been frustrating.....7 out of 8 calls are cut off. When one gets through the system bombs ones ID number. Pressing STAR for help results on a message saying they cannot assist as they are busy or whatever. Terrible service
