Mweb doesn't help to activate my wifi

Support doesn't help,Very disappointed with service. I kept on holding on support for 3 hours but no answer. I paid my wifi yesterday but still not connected instead they keep me waiting on support for hours. I wish I didn't join this nonsense WiFi company. I'm very ****ed off.
