MWEB AND WEBAFRICA - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Mweb and Weafrica are the worst in customer service. Be rest assured about being sent from pillar to post. Not sure why you should notify them in good time about relocating when nothing gets done from their side. Fast forward, being frustrated with Mweb, decided to place an order with Webafrica(***)..lo and behold, it's the same *********** crew🤦🏽♀️🙆🏾♀️😭😭😭. I have even sent an email to *** to no avail. So, if you want to be frustrated with being told about escalation upon escalation, WEBAFRICA is the place...where have you seen escalation being escalated?🤦🏽♀️ I REST MY CASE!
