Multiple fault logs without a solution

Our internet in the area went down on the 23rd November. We`ve been following up almost every day on the progress made. Every day they open a fault ticket and the system automatically closes the ticket. This causes Vumatel who is supposed to fix the issue not to be able to come out and fix the issue. Our neigbours already have internet while we still have nothing. Please don`t use Webafrica.
