Multiple debits poor customer service

I need web africa to give my money back. They have debited twice in 1 day. I only have 1 service with you. Please give my money back. This is the second month you debit multiple amounts from me since I joined in May.. I paid R399 when I joined, then in June you debit R288 and R399. Then Today you debit R399 + R399. I need my money back ASAP. I am tired of this ridiculous service and poor customer service.
