Web Africa is a nightmare I wish I had done my research before going ahead with them,I don't have connection what's so ever i had to pay R249 for activation fee. I paid it later on I'm told there is no fiber in my Area I asked for my refund instead they credit my money to an account I don't even have with them. I have been battling for 1 month and I still have not gotten my refund yet they keep telling me a agent will contact. But nothing happened.what ever you do weather its for business or personal home don't go for them you will be sitting on a pile of ****to sort out issues they should have rectified as for my rating from 1-10 They have broke the record to -10 (negative 10 )
