I app**** for home fibre 2 months ago through frog foot and was told there will be a delay as there are many customers.I was fedup and i called them to cancel.The lady was able to convince to resolve my issue in a week .Anyway in 1 and half week they came .This was a week ago , those techinitians are so useless how do you instal a device and leave the house without making sure its working .Anyway im sitting with a device from frogfoot which does not work.Since its been installed a week ago.I was on the phone the whole day today and still no one seems to know how to assist me
