Moving house request

My experience has been absolutely poor with webafrica as I have requested moving Fibre lines to my new home and I have not had any connection for a week. I have spoken with numerous consultants on a live chat in which I was told I am pending a call back. I have waited for 3 days however no call back has been done. At this point I don't know if a provisioning department exits. I would not recommend webafrica as the service has been so poor.
