Moved in a new apart...
Moved in a new apartment,promised to receive a router and none was delivered.

We understand how frustrating it must be to move into a new apartment and expect to receive your router, only to be left without the equipment needed to get connected. This is certainly not the smooth onboarding experience we strive to provide. To provide some clarity, when moving premises, the ONT (fibre box) installed by the network provider remains at the property. Customers are generally expected to take the router that was being used at their previous premises with them to the new address. If there is no fibre installation at the new premises, the necessary installation arrangements are made first, after which the router from the previous premises is used for the setup.Should you require any assistance with the setup process, please feel free to send us a direct message via Hello Peter and we'll gladly assist further.
