Move my service nightmare

I used the move my service function in the customer zone, it was supposed to make moving a "breeze", but so far that has been the worst part of my moving experience. Website allowed me to choose Frogfoot as the FNO even though they do not service the complex. I was then not informed that this option is not available until I prompted the Webafrica team via whatsapp, after 20+ days. At which point they told me to change to a different FNO, but now I still need to wait the normal installation time period even though this is not my fault and they should be escalating handling this since it's their system that's created this issue.
