Most useless provider award goes to..Webafrica

Not only is there a waiting period of nearly 2 HOURS to get an agent but they also can't and won't fix any problem you have. Too busy messing around at home instead of doing their jobs. Save your money and get a different provider, because Webafrica is the most useless ******* known to man..they will always tell you there was an outage in your area which is a lie because that is the average excuse to not do their job, if you want to claim there was an outage maybe make sure it shows on the network status page... I will be cancelling my line.
