Most Useless ISP in South Africa

Most useless ISP I ever dealt with in my life. App**** for 50 Mb fiber a month in advance. Metrofiber installed fiber Monday and confirmed all working. I have been waiting 4 days for this service to be activated. The most difficult part is done, fiber is active but Webafrica cant get service activated for 4 days. Multiple whatsapp message. Waiting 30 min on average to get answered. Call Center waiting time 1 hour 20 min. Still not assisted. What a sorry bunch. Please dont ever use then for anything
