MOST USELESS FACELESS, BANK LESS INTERNET PROVIDER
Today I tried to pay my account with credit card. 1st I HAVE A BIIIIIIG PROBLEM THAT YOU CAN ONLY PAY BY DEBIT ORDER OR CREDIT CARD. 1ST the wheel was turning, turning, turning without end. THEN THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH 2X. I WAS TRYING SINCE 9H17 TO REACH THESE PEOPLE BY WHATSAPP, WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS, IT'S NOW 9H35, STILL NO RESPONSE. YET ANOTHER PROBLEM THE FACELESS BUSINESS. IM TRYING TO CANCEL MY SERVICES, WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS AS THE BAR ON THE CUSTOMER ZONE IS RED AND DOES NOT RESPOND WHEN TAPPED. I JUST WANT TO SAY IM SO GLAD TO CANCEL MY SERVICES
