Absolutely the most horrible company to exist the most useless company to exist...

I've recently changed address and got a new installation everything went well until I needed to be activated, my status says I'm online. And also apparently I have received a new router which is not correct I've been waiting three days for any response on my internet service I spent countless hours waiting for someone to assist me on their website and on their WhatsApp number countless of hours and so nobody has assisted me, my fiance is writing exams the whole October and I need my internet I've paid thousands of rands just to change it to this address I've paid my monthly fee in advance so I can have internet and still nobody is there to help me get online this company loves taking your money but hates helping you. most useless company!!!
