Most terrible technical support from Webafrica. I just want ONE phone call

I have no internet. I have paid for the month. The setup is like it always was. NOBODY ANSWERS AT SUPPORT!! I have done the bot 4 times, where one guy live support guy confirmed my setup is right. Ive sent multiple emails, sent in support tickets, NADA. So many call back request have been submitted. On my webafrica dashboard it says i have no products under internet services, so it was switched off, but I paid my R699 for the month. Webafrica, if you reply to this, dont reply with your auto generated replies. Just have someone CALL ME
