Most pathetic service of all time

I am so so upset with this company, to say they have the most poor customer experience or service is an understatement. I have moved houses and have been contacted for weeks to cancel my services and they go and debit me over and over again when I don’t even stay there anymore. At this point I am really not interested in speaking to any of their worthless consultants as I have taken matters up with the ombudsman. I curse the day I joined this ****ty provider.
