It has been an absolute nightmare moving my service from one property to another. Their Whatsaop bot is so frustrating. You get put through to a support person and if they feel your query is too complex they just stick you into the queue. Today has been 7 days and I am still without internet on a longweekend. Sean Mr CEO - your company is a disgrace. I would urge the public to stay away from this Company to safe yourself lots of trouble
