Most terrible customer service. I had ***** on my bank account so my card was blocked, and tried on numerous occasions to contact them to pay. Finally chatted to an agent who was not clued up at all. I figured on how to update my details, and they payment still never went off. Now my fibre is cancelled due to absolute incompetence and ignorance. You can talk to someone on the phone either. Only whatsapp. And they take days to reply, and never reply to web chats
