Worst *********** office They claim their support agents are always on line to assist while it takes more than an hour before they respond I don’t know who came up with the WhatsApp communication with them because it’s complete nonsense. They are quick to close the conversation without the matter being resolved. Their best rwapond is that they have escalated the matter to their manager. I don’t know what kind of manager it is there if they can solve the queries. They have deactivated my connection with my instruction and now it’s over 20 days with no connection. They claim they have done everything and escalated the matter to metrofibre till today m still waiting You’ve got the most pathetic service I wonder if those people hired there does even know what they’ve been hired for
