Most *********** company!!!!!

I will not advise any one to sign up for wifi with the above mentioned company, as I type my complaint, I am reaching a total number of 6 hours chatting with web africa from 8:44am till current, and still my issue has not been resolved, I have been transferred 13 times from agent to agent and it continues, I have NEVER ever come across such *********** people in my life before, throughout the 6 hours of chatting with them on what's app I had to explain my issue to each and every single one of those 13 agents all over again, and till current my issue hasn't been resolved!!!

My advise, never take any Services or products from vuma tel and web africa!!!!
